The hotel has really nice facilities and offers a complementary breakfast with juice, self-made waffles, and pancakes. It is located in an incredible and magnificent area that is really quiet. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find a shopping area and a market, away from the hustle and bustle.

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has fully-equipped rooms and serves free and excellent breakfast. The staff are very professional and service-minded, managed the parking on-site. The ambiance is family. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is tasty.

Family trip with my two kids went smoothly here. the free breakfast was a nice touch 👌. the location was spot on, just a stone's throw away from Brooklyn Bridge.

The family room with 2 queen size beds, table, and chairs was a great choice, and the Grand Street metro station is just a short walk away.

Night time road construction made it difficult to sleep. Booked.net advertised price didn't include taxes, which I think it should have.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and the location was perfect for exploring Lower Manhattan. Breakfast included which was also a bonus! Definitely recommend!

We booked this hotel to join a 3 day tour to Niagara Falls from Bowery St. Location was excellent to walk to most of the must see sights in South Manhatten, it was on the border between China Town and Little Italy so in one night experienced both. Staff were really friendly and informative and helped us get the most from our short stay. Free internet and a couple of their PC's to use if you want to research things to do, directions etc.

Room on the second floor was a little noisy; loads of noise from the road outside, and also just along from the breakfast area - easy to remedy ask for a room as high up as possible in the hotel.

I absolutely loved the city! the hotel here was so awesome, plus it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from a subway station. the location was spot on and super convenient, pretty close to Soho.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location right on the border of Chinatown and Little Italy. Hotel tries to be green in many ways which I find to be a positive thing. The good breakfast is a very nice bonus. Subway real close. Good deal compared to other hotels in nyc.
